Red roses on your birthday and a sonnet to say thank you. It is not hard to see why you have been "married for many, many years." the romance is surely alive and well with gestures such as those to back it up.
The sonnet too is well constructed and follows all the rules and guidance for its form. May yiou see many, many more bouquets of red roses, and write many, many more sonnets.

Your glorious love poem deserves 6 stars but I have exceeded my monthly quota thereof. Not only does it dance in metrical grace but its sweet rhymes sing in perfect affinity throughout. It deserves the exalted accolades it has won. Congratulation! I find it in sympathy with my poem "VALENTINE'S DAY" now entered in the VALENTINE POETRY contest ending Feb 14. Also an ALL TIME BEST, friends say its TRIPLICATE acrostical display has never been seen on FS. Pls take a peek, let me know what you think. Lastly, I have become your Fan. Blessings. john

Lovely one! I liked how the moon was referenced during the "honeymoon." It is a beautiful thing when two lovers can mutually depend on each other and this one praises the beloved for being the strong guide in her life.
