An entertaining piece of writing that I was able to identify with. I cannot see the point of exercise for the sake of exercise. Like you, I'm more than happy to take exercise if it has a specific purpose, like getting from one place to another.

Sure exercise is a chore and yawn, boring as hell but so is housekeeping and that's got to be done. To get the heart pumping and muscles moving keep working out.
