A very well-written Antonym poem about questions and answers. Our questions can sometimes be very confusing until we find the answers and then realize it was not that confusing after all.

I really like this entry. Unique approach with a fine thematic depth. I believe nature gives profound answers too. I love the words tiny footprints in this context! The poem has great phonetics as well, with the alliteration of C and Q sounds in so many words and the consonance of F & S and the alliteration plus consonance of P. A six if I had one.

Lovely presentation.

Best of luck!

Warmly, rd

    Hello rd,
Thank you for the excellent, insightful review and the excellent rating. I actually thought of you as I wrote the words. It is often in simplicity that the answer lies. Thank you for the best luck wishes.

A perfect poem from a nature lover as yourself to write! Yes, sometimes the questions our spirits ask are answered when we quiet ourselves and observe nature's "tiny footprints" and even the colossal ones!

I like the way in which you've written this, Robert.
Whenever I write an antonym I do it in the same way--as a continuous, ongoing sentence and one thought.
They always seem to read much more coherently and smoothly when written in this manner.
Well done.
Best wishes,
~Dean

Beautiful presentation, Robert. The mood, and colours pair perfectly with this well-written antonym. The rhyme on lines two and three draw the two disparate meanings together.

Best wishes to you in the contest.

An earthshaking message here. Mediation with bare feet planted on the ground asks no questions, but gives answers.
Nice choice of rarely used verb: befuddle. Subtle alliteration with footprints and profound.
