I like your metaphors of time Maria this is a good poem in the picture this challenge.

I am knocked out by the lovely choice of words in this poem. I love the repetition of the work "sometimes." It really touched my heart the right way so very nicely done. Bravo!

I absolutely love the thinking behind this poem...
the way time, though meticulously broken down
into hours, minutes, seconds of uniform, finite
segments...it still manages to fluctuate between
speeding and dragging by. Though they say
time marches on...the truth is, it more slips through
our fingers than anything else.
