lol You are so right Yvonne. They are sweet little animals that God created and deserved to be loved. It was sooo cold. It is that way today and all week here. It made my heart hurt to see them outside with no place to go. I guess we are sisters! Thanks for the great review! love, Teri

I have a friend that says, "No good deed goes unpunished." I think that's the case here in your short-short story. All you can do is laugh. This is the second story I've read today from that contest. Did you use the required words? Or were the rules vague enough to just include "laugh?" Either way, good luck.

lol It was like a bad dream in slow motion! The boys were wildly trying to get to the door, but went the wrong way! They were so cute and ready to go back outside and brave the cold! This happened this morning. Our temps are so cold and we couldn't leave them outside. Tom brought in a big cage long enough for them to be in and warm up. It is true and they were so thankful, but just somewhat rowdy! lol I laughed and usually I would be the one upset, but not today! Thanks for the great review and fun contest! love, Teri
