Isn't that just ducky? But your poem delivers a truth so often hidden (or buried) - far too many "Hallmark" advertisements don't help, either, especially for people on their own during the holidays...

Nice one. A much-needed message presented in a highly creative way, IMO - a way that might actually get through to some! Sometimes I want to just shout, "What's the definition of tactless?!!" LOL.

This is a fine colourful poem.
The other side of celebration is blue and there is no joy as expressed.
Simply and in a word so homely worded.
