This meets the contest requirements nicely with a correct line / syllable count and nature theme. In terms of haiku (not the primary rules) the first two lines provide a connected and cohesive image with the seasonal reference or kigo implied and a satori that encapsulates the observation. This is a nice attempt at a 5-7-5 poem for the writing prompt.
The picture is nice and a good match.
But your second line has 6 syllables instead of 7.
