Cute puppy. Often dogs have a difficult time adjusting to someone new in the home. I think they have feelings similar to children and need reaffirmation the same way.

Thank you so much for reading this little move into the minds of Howie and Bernie. Yes, Howie is quite disgruntled. I started packing little things yesterday, and he saw the boxes and went and lay in the corner nose to tail. That's always a sure sign he is upset.

I wish this were my puppy. No, it is from the same breeder as Howie and Bernie came from. I'm subscribed to the YouTube feed for them. I think my hubby will kill me if I try to get another dog. The cost of properly taking care of a dog is prohibitive. So, while I'm pretty sure the dogs would adjust, my pocketbook wouldn't,

What's a Shorkie. A shepherd/yorkie? We are crazy about animals too, but after the last cat died we decided not to go that route again. We still have two and a half dogs. The half being my grand children's wiener dog. A miniature one. She thinks she lives both places and pretty much tries to boss even our Black Lab, Freddie.LOL He lets her of course up to a point. Cute poem Patty.

A Shorkie is a Shi-Tzu and a Yorkie mix. Bernie is a Morkie; a Maltese and Yorkie mix.
