A very well-written 5-7-5 poem. We are not the only species on earth who wish to be free and have a peaceful life. We are the only ones who can speak for ourselves while we keep other species in captivity.

I want to tear the message apart; but it's the poem that matters.
This is a good poem. It follows the format well, thus is a good fit for the contest.
The message is expressed well, so I think this poem hit exactly what it was aiming for.
