Where there are people there is chaos and some are totally mad which adds a little spice into the mix! Having worked in customer service, I would never trust that anyone was completely sane! A poignant write, love Dolly x

    Thank you for reviewing. I was thinking of family when I wrote this. I agree some are totally mad!
