That's my motto.
There's no sense in complaining about it if poets are permitted to get away with it.
You might as well do the same.
Unless, of course, you value your dignity more than you do a few measly member bucks. In that case you might want to try to be original.

I hope so too, LOL!
I used "knot" instead of "not" in the title because that's often the criterion to avoid plagiarism, changing a word or a note in a song. Then in the piece, I'm referring the reader to a fictitious joke site since that's where many of the entries come from. AND finally, since stealing material isn't creative I'm telling the READER to paraphrase the joke themselves due to my lack of creativity.
Of course, that's in my brain and many don't get what's in my brain, so you aren't alone no doubt. HAHAHA! :))

Agreed. If you just google the damn joke you can normally find it straight away. It is something that people should really be ashamed of. And what joy at winning with something you didn't write? I like this very much well done and good luck on this ORIGINAL write kind regards Meia xx

The only thing I disagree with is that you claim to be 'not creative'. Nope, that's NOT true - you're super creative, in my book.

This is so true. The picture is perfect. I never thought of copying schoolwork as plagiarism but it works. Maybe FS needs a contest for paraphrased internet jokes.

A very well-written 5-7-5 humor poem. When we can paraphrase a joke to become an original joke it is quite creative I would say. We always find inspiration everywhere in what we see or what we read.
