What a mean, stupid woman. She got what she deserved, but her son and Dixie were innocent victims, so it has a mixed ending, a bit positive, a bit negative. Good idea and well written.

Yeah, sometimes its strange the people we fall in love with. The son's mother didn't like him marrying a simple waitress, but he thought she was pretty and sweet. He could have married a more educated woman, but that's love. Suspenseful vivid descriptions. truly, liberty justice
