This is a very good contest entry. I don't even try to beat Dean Kuch. He's the master of this genre. He writes other styles equally well. I wrote a poem called I'm the Second Best Horror Writer on this Site.

Skulls have no evil in them, but the finder may create some with their find. This is very well written with a smooth flow of words, making for a very good read. There is good imagery.

I am not into horror--all the more reason to enjoy your storytelling. Collecting skulls is scary and I am glad you have not continued the hobby legally or not! However, the artwork is a great match for the subject. I hope the weather improves soon. Smiles- Joan

So, you collected skulls. That is definitely a different type of collection. I'll bet you enjoyed it, though.

I agree with you, Dean is an excellent writer, and he's scared me more times than I can possibly tell you. I'm sure he's proud of you for your scary story.

You might want to touch up some of your grammer though.
Stephen King is one of my favourite writer. - should say 'writers.'
Most people were scared shit. - I believe the term is 'shitless.'
