Witty use of the verb indite Brigitte, as well as the word play of Wrap-sody. It makes a good one line poem that is suitable for eating. It is also a post-modern poem because it offers commentary on the process of making the poem--what is edible can be art. Fun tone, enjoyable read.

I have this for lunch nearly every day with baby tomatoes and mini cucumbers on the side. Sometimes I swap the turkey for chicken and I always use light mayo...I've just remembered we are out of mayo and the shops are shut! I hope you do well in the contest this is very good kind regards Meiaxx
