Kahpot,
Thank you for sharing that story in your notes. You are right. It is uplifting & so perfect to emphasize the words of your lune which is in great form. Thanks for sharing that, too. Best wishes. Jan

MUCH CAN BE IMPACTED IN THOUGHT; EVEN, WITH FEW WORDS. YOU
WERE ABLE TO ACCOMPLISH THIS PORTRAIT OF HOW ALL PERSONS HAVE
THE ABILITY TO GIVE. SOME PERSONS HAVE FOOD AND DRINK; SOME
PERSONS HAVE FOOD AND DRINK AND A ROOF OVER THEIR HEAD;
SOME PERSONS HAVE FOOD AND DRINK AND A ROOF OVER THEIR HEAD
AND MONEY TO PURCHASE AS THEY DESIRE; SOME PERSONS HAVE FOOD AND
DRINK AND A ROOF OVER THEIR HEAD AND MONEY TO PURCHASE AS THEY
DESIRE AND THEY HAVE THEIR PRAYER; WHICH, IS THE BREATH; WHICH, IS
THE SOUL; WHICH, IS LIFE; WHICH, IS LOVE. JESUS CHRIST ALWAYS, ALWAYS,
ALWAYS IS PRAYER<

Very inspirational loon quoting what the Bible promises believers.
It seems to be directly from a gospel. You might want to check that out
and give reference to it. It also says that with strength and faith we can
all get what we need.

Keep writing

Happy Holidays

This is a good Lune poem contest entry.
And I believe that the message is well understood and very true.
Good luck to you with the competition.

Such a beautiful story you tell about the kindness of others and it is true I find those with the least to give will give the most. And that is why Jesus said 'it is harder for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven than it is for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle.' Not saying all rich people are bad but the billionaires and multibillionaires hoarding wealth to be top of the Forbes list could literally end world hunger. Yet they just sing about it. Asking the poor to be the ones to give with guilt tripping. They don't need a fraction of their money. Yet they don't give a fraction of what they have. An amazing poem and toy love and God bless you Meia xx

How true. It is no sacrifice for a rich man to give $1,000 to charity. but this man had to make a real decision to give a stranger $20.00. Then he went further out of his way and walked to buy her gas.

Indeed, in Africa they say it takes a village to raise a child. When in poor conditions, good goes around,It is a measure for survival.

Thanks for sharing!
Good luck!
Blessings and a big squeeze!

Yes I think your inspiration should be about the homeless man not JC, as we've been celebrating JC too long.
The homeless man is about present day.
Not to disagree wit u but many wealthy people donate to charities, aids and all that.
I know wat u are saying though.

Beautiful poem and gesture of homeless man. Yes, I saw this story on the news. Seems poor people are often more giving than rich people, and this mentality is backwards. truly, liberty justice. Powerful photo!
