I suppose this type of form will tend to result in truisms since there is not a lot of room in the format to be expansive. This gets to the heart of the matter, blood has to flow, and death has to follow, the first warm, and the second cold.

A very well-written antonym poem. While the blood is still running through our veins we are warm and are full of life. When we die the blood stops flowing and we become cold and lifeless.

Excellent entry for this competition! You definitely bring the 'opposites' full effect home by your choice of subject matter, which (in our present world) immediately engages strong emotions (and therefore a good reader 'hook'). Well done.

I like it in its simplest form. Maybe line cold up with warm for symmetry.
I hate wars and to be constantly reminded of them on here is a real "downer".

I thought an Antonym rule was fist and last words were opposites, no good lining them up, everybody sick of wars won't stop people remembering, funny way to review on your dislikes****kahpot
