God has always come to me in one form or another, at a time I thought He had better things to do. But better things for Him are caring for us when we are low, when we think He's not there, in this case, a daisy! Well done Maria, beautifully written free verse, blessings, Roy

Interesting write from you tonight Maria. I like it. I like the line When you cannot.
Nice metaphors throughout. A lot different to your normal style of poetry. Thanks for sharing

Why different, Mark? I'm intrigued. I thought it was very 'me'.
    Thanks for the review.

It was just my opinion Maria. I am just used to your fantasy style posts and poetry. it is still good otherwise I would not have given you a 5

Ahhhhhh yes and good morning to you, Maria: This is a very unique poem and it definitely asks a useful question. This is a question that makes a mind think to come up with the just right answer. You also go into the "what if" and then you give us the answer. This was very well done, Maria and the answer was a relief that splendidly says, "When you think you cannot -- you really can! Also things will get better and that daisy on your doorstep is a way that life reassures us of this reality.

Great Poem.

Hey Maria - could you read , My Love, "When God Made Me" and tell me what you honestly think! Is anything about it redundant or trying too hard. I was told this about this poem so I would like to hear what you think, Please... You really don't have to but should you feel up to it one day, I'd appreciate it. I will ask the others who have read it also. Yes, it did bother me to hear this but if the poem is not okay then I will continue to work on it. Thank you in advance!

A very well-written poem about ur inner thoughts that can torment us from time to time. When we are at our lowest and on the brink to give up, we find a little flower at our doorstep blooming vibrantly.

G'day Maria.

Darn, mate, I wish I had a six left. This is such a beautiful piece of heartfelt poetry.

The picture is perfect and the ending sums the piece up wonderfully and sends the message home well.

Your talent is on display once again.

Great work, I loved it.

Cheers Fez
