So cute! I love frogs and am comfortable handling the ones we have in our back yard! They are very sweet and I don't get people being scared of them. Sadly our cat used to kill them. Even more sadly he has passed away now. Anyway a brilliant poem well done with the monorhyme kind regards Meia x

Monorhyming can be great fun at times and this is one of those times. The frog is the smallest cog in the scheme of things here but doubtless could form a clever analog in one of the pastor's future sermons.

This monorhyme, Rrrrbittt, has the correct syllable set up and
has pretty much used up the OG rhymes to create this playful picture of a puppy at play. Fun.

I could not feel less than a six for this poem
as it is not only well written but the content is extremely endearing
also the humour and the fine storytelling talent shining through is such a happy pleasant experience to read
all the chatacters are so very vividly represented
and I love them all as you brought them to life

Fine monorhyme poem reminds me of fables about animals that carry a smaller animal across a river only to drown or eat it. I think of the fable "The Scorpion and the Frog." Your poem is playful and simple. Because of a fight with the Pastor's hog, the dog drops the frog he was carrying "down a hollow log." There goes dinner or the dog's passenger.
