Diddo on all those. Life is what you make of it. I have ladies I clean for that are 97 going on 98 next month and 95 that still live alone and drive. Thanks for some great and thoughtful thoughts. Mary

Jo--
I like this. Though I was not expecting it to be so extensive. Thanks. Yes. 68 is a good age to start looking back and forward from, -- things change. I am four years ahead of you.
Here are some quibbles and thoughts:
10. Most the time I take myself way too serious(). ly really, I think seriously is better here than serious
wearing ou(t.m)y Spirit i Spacing and capital letter
42. Sometimes you have to say "No". Yes, this I agree with absolutely and it should be number 2 or 3.
some goo(d.s)ome bad...but it's still me. Come on! Pay attention!
69. God first, husband, children, parents and friends in that order of priority in my life.
You put the thing you know the least about, must have "faith" in before those things that are absolutely real and need you. God does not need you. Where do you put soul, psyche, knowledge of your own immortality, stuff like that or is it all "Gods" knowledge? I disagree profoundly with you here.
But a really good, original effort.
Best

Thank you, Jeff, for your review of my thoughts on turning 69. I do this every year by adding onto my previous notes. It's just for fun.

Happy Birthday!
Thank you for sharing your thoughts about the things you have learned over the course of your life. I'm going to be fifty-nine in just three weeks, so I can identify with your words.
While the content of the piece was well expressed, the writing was lacking in proper structure, punctuation, and grammar.

Thank you, Patty, for your comments on my work. I know it wasn't done correctly. It was just for fun and not meant to be anything but random thoughts. Unfortunately, my thoughts are not in proper structure, punctuation or grammar. LOL

Beautifully expressed in that genuine tone, which supplements the meaning and transference of wisdom. I loved #13 and 16 most of all, which is based on a personal level. However, all are very relevant. Great piece I wish my parents could had shared with me. Thank you
