Dogs are ready to play and have fun. This is very well written with a smooth flow of words, making for a very good read. There is very good imagery and descriptive scheme.

A very well-written story from the dogs perspective. They can sense what the humans going to do before the time. Ninety nine percent of the time they got it right.

Excellent

All those who happened to be dog owners would get quite
a kick out of reading this article about the two dogs and what
they might be thinking as they were taken to a dog run at some
park near their home and then happily removed from that leash
to enjoy roaming around for about thirty minutes or so. Writer of
this article has a great imagination in displaying what dogs feel.
We'll never know what's on a dog mind for that time period he is
without a leash, Enjoyed reading what you wrote about two dogs.

These are lovely stories. You strike a wonderful balance between helping us understand the dogs' mindsets, yet not just making them tiny people. You understand that they don't understand. Does that make sense?

This is a delightful story that shows the excitement of a dog going for a walk and a run in the dog park. My dog would do well with Bernie. For my Dexter, the excitement begins with the crackling of the bag. My only suggestion is to remove the two uses of the word "just." They don't add to the story and is one of those words that is overused. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this. The ending was perfect.

thank you so much for reading and reviewing. I try to post one 'Bernie and Howie' a story per month. They have their own fan base, and I also write their stories for a veterinarian blog.
