My favorite part, and remember doing the exact thing as a human child, maybe I'm part dog: :P
Turning around, he ran for a distance, and then turned and rushed the pile. Burrowing under the pile like he did in the blankets on the bed, he relished the feel of dirt and debris on his fur. He continued to run and rush.

This was a very enjoyable read. I liked the fact that even though it is written in the third person, it is told from Bernie's point of view.
It reminded me of the way my dog, Becka, behaves when we are going out.

I enjoyed this fun tale of the dogs running in the coolness of Fall. The lead up to it ws great. My favorite part was the leaf pile. That would be fun to see in real life. But you described it so well that I felt like I was there. Great job. Thanks for sharing. Jan

This was a fun story for kids to read. A tale about two dogs with happy tails. Going for a walk and the exciting things they see and do. All good until next time. Excercise is such fun--especially for dogs. They just love it.

Hi;
spending time with the boys is always fun, but I must say fall is the best. The weather is cooler, and the leaves are on the ground! We had a great time yesterday and today. Both of the dogs are exhausted!
