Winter can bring better waves then summer and the winds are offshore which means are blowing up the face of wave keeping them clean and smooth when you ride them but I like summer because you only have to wear boardshorts

hehe it's funny the days are hot lately especially for spring but the water is fkg cold lol still in a wetsuit.

I really don't give a shit how many posts I put up two a day for 4 years I have so many poems and I use Fanstory as the perfect archive storage bucket lol

It is so weird that it is spring going into summer in Australia because we just finished summer and are in Fall right now. I never gave this much thought before and I never heard or learned this before. I know about time change but I didn't think that the seasons were different around the world. This is so interesting.
Your poem is terrific and I agree- Spring and Summer are my favorite seasons. I get sad when they have passed and ended. We have very cold wionters, here in NY, USA. I hate cold weather.

It's all about the latitudes of the northern and southern hemispheres divided by the equator.
Our 4 seasons start DECEMBER 1st (summer) MARCH 1st (autumn) JUNE 1st (winter) SETEMBER 1st (spring)
Your seasons start with the northern solstice and northern equinoxes being the 21st or 22nd of those same months but the seasons are opposite

Yeah the seasons are topsy turvy in Australia hey I'm not sure what 30 deg c equates to in Fahrenheit i will look it up

This is a great poem on the heat. Bet, I can guess the reason--More surfing in warmer weather, lol. As your weather gets warmer, our weather gets colder, I can't wait for the snow, By the end of Winter, I'll be saying, "When is Summer coming?" lol
