Nice work on this piece. Strong emotional content. I found a couple of things for your consideration.
First, you may want to put a space in between your paragraphs for easier reading.
Finally ,we came face to face, my soon to be mother in law. --Spacing error for the comma after finally. Also, mother-in-law. You have many variations of the in-law scattered throughout.
and full filed the needs of my husband,-- fulfilled.
strenght to persevere . --strength. and spacing error with your period.
