A very beautiful story Patty. It describes a special type of love and you have portrayed it beautifully. I can't wait to read the next part, especially after Jenny opened the envelope.

Excellent preface to bring the reader into the chapter. You might shorten the long bits of exposition by putting the details into dialog, though I personally see nothing wrong with simply telling without showing-if it's done smoothly. Fivers.
