Veronica does indeed have a good handle on research and the librarian was of great assistance, then poor James sort of shots down the chocolate part; but I am sure there is a way. Perhaps Mr. Fry was in a local area when he was introduced to the idea by Joe. It would also be great for Frances if he was able to go to church but then again I wonder if Frances was not the albino mentioned. Regardless it was a great chapter, it definitely kept one's interest and it had just enough suspense to keep the reader reading. Great job, Sandra, thanks.

Oh-not too long. It was a good place to begin and end. I have been so busy I am just trying to catch up on a few reviews. Haven't written a thing! Good to find this chapter waiting for me. I think I am going to have to skip a few older messages as I am swamped from being derelict of my duties. I think I am getting too old for the rush I am always in with work and taking care of my grandsons. Great chapter.

LOL! JoAnn, you have been busy. Sometimes I have had over 100 messages waiting for me. I make sure I review at least one of everyone's and skip the rest. It is impossible to keep up at times. Thank you for reading mine, my friend, I really appreciate it. Big hugs:) Sande XXXX

Sandra, I'm hoping you've outlined in advance how to get out of all these obstacles you are putting in front of your characters. You've got me scratching my head, how do they solve that dilemma. That being said, I know you are a good enough writer to have figured all of this out in advance and make it all believable as witnessed by how you handled the chocolate quandary. The premise of your story is so intriguing! Loren

Thank you so very much for the lovely six stars Loren, and this wonderful review!! I know I'm being mean to Veronica setting her all these tasks to sort out, but I think it will do her good. She does like a challenge! Thank you for those very kind comments, my friend, you make my day. :) Sandra xxx

Hi Sandra,

it is quite a quandary. How to entice Joes to clear off and leave Michael but leave the timeline as intact as it should, or should it be? That's the paradox.

schoolbag can be one word.

Hi Gareth, (I hope I spelt that right, I've only just discovered your name.) Veronica can't change the timeline, she would be in a lot of trouble if she did. She has got to sort this out to the satisfaction of the past and the present. Thanks for the correction, I'll go and do that now. Thank you, my friend, for reading and the nice review. :)) Sandra xxx

Hi Sandra, I didn't even notice whether it was a long chapter. It just passed so quickly. I think the chocolate idea is a brilliant ploy to make Joe leave Michael's body. Can't wait to reading on. Just found a minor thing:
It's me, Mummy. I's Michael = It's Michael
I love this story, and it's a wonderful write. Ulla xxx

Aww, thank you, Ulla, for the generous, and most lovely 6 stars!! No, it wasn't a spelling mistake, it's the way this three-year old speaks at the moment. What he is supposed to be saying is, 'I am Michael' but what his three-year-old grammar is saying is ...
I is Michael. (I's for short) It's hard but fun changing my way of speaking so many ways. Veronica and her dialect, Veronica's is normal, and Michael is still learning to speak properly. Ann is getting there! LOL Thanks again my dear friend, for this lovely review. I always appreciate you. :) Sandra xxx

I see, Sandra, that makes sense. Should have thought about it silly me. By the way, I love the way Mildred speaks. It's endearing.

It wasn't too long for me. I was loving every word of it. Every time, I think this is the best chapter. Now, I think this one is.

It's so full of information about the past, and the dilemmas of today in their lives.
You've done a lot of research, haven't you?

Well done!!!!

Time travel has many tricks that must be followed to keep from messing up the past. This is very well written with a smooth flow of words, making for a very good read.

Thank you, Charlie. That is the trouble, she has to be careful what she introduces to Joe. I'm glad you liked it, thank you! :) Sandra xxx

Who cares who makes the chocolate? That is as long as someone makes it, and plenty of it. LOL! Of course, changing history could be a bad thing, but in many cases, it needs to be changed anyway. Thanks for another fine chapter. Now, I'm off to find some chocolate. :-)

I'm a bit of a chocoholic! I just can't resist it, so it's barred from my shopping trolly. I have to eat the chocs that my grandchildren are always buying me, but they do 'help' me eat them! LOL. Thank you so much, Ric, for your funny review, loved it! :) Sandra xxx

What a wonderful story and so well written. I loved reading it and although I avoid ones where bodies are invaded by another, they are usually horror stories, and yours is pleasant. I have one suggestion that stands out and does not fit in with the dialog you have described.

She leant over as I climbed a couple of the steps to take the book from her. (replace with 'leaned') It just reads like bad English.
Great story and great job!

Thank you so much, Annie, I have changed the spelling now. It's quite common in England to say 'leant' but it is also correct to say 'leaned' so I changed it! lol. Thanks for reading and the lovely review, my friend. :) Sandra xxxx

I found this not at all long, Sandra. Sometimes breaking chapters does more damage than good, especially because the writer wants to be easy on the reviewers. But what's to review if the chapter ends up half baked and making no sense?

That aside, I enjoyed the story as always. I feel sorry for Veronica and her endeavours: every time she sights the silver lining, the darkness falls again.

Well done.
