What a marvelous idea. A 'jammie party.' The old boards with their nostalgic painting and photo are a memento to keep forever. I enjoyed reading this nice little story. Much luck in the contest. Marilyn

A jammie party, I love it. How wonderful that you all get along. Old age isn't so bad when you can share it with kin.
We laughed until we cried, or peed our pants, whichever came first. LOL Incontinence rules!

Unique true story. Deaton. After milk? Interesting true story that hold's BOO sparse attention span. Lets explore... pick a favorite paragraph like you pick dillydallies, daylillies and nice to meet your acquaintance. We're all 'little ole ladies' ranging in age from eighty-seven down to sixty-seven. We, like old shingle boards on old houses, refuse to feel old. Like Mr.Spock said, "Live long and prosper!" BOO!

Hi notesandmore,
The story that you have written was very interesting to read. How nice that you had so many sisters etc. I was my mother's only child. How wonderful that she
loved me and let me know. My dad never seemed to care about me.

Well done Dear Carolyn, it's good that your family is long lived, you are truly blessed. To get on so well, is such a godsend. I'm the only Christian in my family, so apart from Elaine my wife, and children/grandchildren, there's not the closeness that my first/second generation that I enjoy. My younger brother passed away last year. Well done, I'm so glad your back, albeit for a short, regards in Christ to you and Larry, blessings, Roy

Thank you my dear friend, yes we do get along well and so enjoy our time. We have so many hilarious tales of our youth. Please tell Elaine hello from me as well. I wish we could meet in this life someday. I pray for each of our countries. I thank God we are allies and pray fervently it will always be the case. In Christian Love to you Roy, :-) Carolyn

What a well-written true story of you and your sisters' lives. The fact that you're all still alive and in great form as well as great spirits speaks of a heritage of tremendously health genes, I dare say.
Keep on enjoying life.

A very well-written true story of your life and your sisters still living and the tremendous fun you have together is a bliss in itself. All the'aids' you have to continue to have fun is just an extra. Meaning hearing aids, walking aids etc.
