A very well-written sad romantic poem with the acceptance that you will only be able to e together in heaven and borh of you have to wait for that time. Although the souls are already connected no space of distance can break that connection.

Always and forever. that is the inscription I had placed on my wife's wedding ring. We have been together for 25 years now. We still to this day... love each deeply and I will be looking for or waiting for her when it is our time to move on. Excellent poem friend!!

Hitchers, I applaud you and your wife being together for 25 years and still deeply in love. It is a testament to the two of you living in today's society.

Back in June, I came very close to dying. It was touch and go for the first five days of isolation in the cardiac care unit. I spent a total of twelve days in isolation. I am still struggling with my recovery. I am determined to beat this thing.

I've noticed that a lot more posts so how many per day you can write seems to be off ... anyway, This is an extraordinary write of such romantic proportions, I believe it could be made into a short film. Thank you Irish for this most excellent review. Back in June, I came very close to dying and the first to be there waiting for her. The two of us have talked many times about we being soulmates and spending an eternity together in Heaven.

This was beautiful and uplifting. Your friend surely felt honoured that you composed this for them. It's a very touching poem. I could make this stanza a sort of mantra:

I truly look forward to spending an eternity with you.
We will take long walks along Heaven's lakeshore.
Then move among the stars and will ride the Milky Way too.
Those thoughts about eternity, turns out to be much more.

Thank you Nancy for this very excellent review great comments. The very special friend that I composed this for in her honor is the one who promoted our poem.

Not sure if I will be back soon as I am still in recovery from my near death experiences back in June. It was very serious and I spent twelve days in the cardiac unit. Those days were spent in isolation. Tough, because I had no visitors.

Sandra, thank you for your excellent review and comments. This very special friend and I have been friends for fifteen months. She is on site here, but I keep her hidden from everybody.

The reason you haven't heard from me is I almost died back in June. They had to revive me in the emergency room, then took me to the cardiac care unit and put me in isolation for twelve days. Was hard because no one came to see me. The infectious disease doctor told me it will be a long road to recovery.
