Hello Poet. This was an interesting (and not I'm not bored) format to the telling of this story. I like the entertaining and engaging format that allowed the hesitation of wanting to wait longer and then the ease of calming her sister down so they could think. Very clever way of writing. Good luck.

OMGsh! No matter how much we educate our children, this is how it goes!!! The children of the world are so trusting of adults, especially family members who are not supposed to hurt you, so they trust. Thank you Lord for policemen, other truly caring adults and angels who are out to help and protect children. This piece made my stomach do flip-flops. Every parents nightmare.

The poem tells of how child molesters woe children with candy. Luckily for the two kids, the criminal was caught before he got too far. However readers cannot help but notice Emma the youngest innocence, trusting attitude in contrast to Lindsay the older one whose thinking is more analytical. Lindsay skepticism helped save the day towards the end. Wish you the best in the contest.
