Great characters! Alas, for the poor hapless Mr. F. Although none of those accidents seem to keep him from paying the rent, unless he didn't have the money. Good use of the correspondence and phone calls to tell the story.

LOL oh this was so cute and a different entry to the contest but so unusual that it will surely be noticed. No problems I could see except a lot of laughter.

Oh my goodness. . . this is very funny but it must be read out-loud. I think everyone must know someone like Mr. F, I know I do. I really enjoyed the dialogue format but there are a couple sentence construction places that would make it flow even better if changed. Part of the humor is the similarity in the character names but they are challenging to read. Maybe if one of the character names were easier to say or read, it would help. . . fun reading. :)

well, thanks. If I could get the blasted font size to work. it's either huge or microscopic. cannot get it right
-
Computers can be a challenge, for us all. :)
-
arrgghh!
-
Okay. So sorry? I hope I didn't offend you. This was only my personal opinion.
-
'course not. forgotten now, what I said. It's just that I interpreted the picture to be a female. hope people get that.

I think I got that. . .apartment manager, female and Mr. F male. My mouth just had a hard time putting both the names together on the page. :O

This is very well written - although I am of two minds regarding the theme. The man in the image seems to be a professional businessman. Of all the problems he might have, it is hard to believe he would always be late with the rent money - get himself into so much trouble - and then end up hospitalized. But just as much as he is a dolt, there is the heroine Janice would goes through the whole thing almost a bit light-headedly. Makes for a fun story.

the imagae is a woman - Janice
this is her character study.
I cannot seem to get the size of the font correct - driving me crazy
-
Had me fooled - looks like a man's silhouette. Maybe that's why they chose it... it works either way.
-
i sure hope so

A great entry for the Character contest. It seems that Janice has tried absolutely everything - I'm pretty sure most landlords or property managers would give him so much slack. Good luck in the contest,

Mr. Furberger? That in itself is worth five stars, but it sounds like Mr. Fubar. If I didn't know this type, it would be a hard read, but, I think everybody has known this type, sad in someways, funny in another.

Well written. Very entertaining. I recognised the silhouette then realised that you had an entry for the contest. I wish you luck. You've pit a lot of effort into this piece.
