Loving your delightful poem, great rhymes and wonderful sentiments, a joy to read and you have learned a lot, I'd like to make one suggestion? That you change the last line, the word 'story' might read better with a one syllable word, 'tale', it's just a thought, your poem is beautiful and still worth a six. Love Dolly x

Hello there Trisha, thank you for this this interesting poem of informing us how you became an excellent Writer. I believe it is so wonderful that you went back to college to take a Writer's course. This has been becoming a very strong desire for me lately but I need to look at my already hectic schedule to fit that in somehow. Perhaps I will find a very good Writer's course on line. This is an exceptional idea and an exceptional poem.

God morning Sunshine! I was homesick and went to college to get a degree. The writers' course was a choice. Thank you so much for your compliment. I am a work in progress..That teacher had a bizarre way of making us think. but it paid off for me!
The was a true story in a poem, a new challenge.....
