Ulla,
This story is a conversation that many have on a daily basis. They are interacting with each other, but they are not comprehending. each other. Thus, the conversations become separate monologues. I love the underlined message in this story. This was a good entry for the contest.

Oh, thank you very much. Yeah, I do believe a conversation like this does happen to a lot. It's a sad state of affairs when it reach this point. All the best. Ulla:)))

Brilliant! Well done Ulla, and good luck in the competition.
It's still miserable here, and more like April!

Me turning it around? Just (for) this once, couldn't you calm down and listen to what I'm saying.
Yeah, I will, but that brings us (back) right [back]to [the]start, doesn't it?

Hi Alexis, thanks so very much. I can't believe your weather. I'm so sorry. We're so hot you wouldn't believe it. Thanks a lot for the review, and it reads just right after the corrections. I'll give you a ring tomorrow to see how you are. Ulla xxx

How many times does this conversation actually occur?
Frequently, with the same results.
Should make an interesting entry into this contest.

This is very funny, Ulla. Your two characters are so stubborn that in the end they don't say anything.
Your dialogue is very natural and I've enjoyed reading it.
Good luck in the contest.

Hi Ulla, very good dialogue and contest entry. They did seem to be going in circles. I wasn't sure by the end what they were talking about either.

Very clever. I can see two people going at it. By evading the question asked, the evader tries to confuse. This one of those games often played on someone if the intention is to get under the person's skin. At the right moment, it is funny.

Can you see me smiling in an idiotic way? Hear my sarcastic laugh?
This dialogue only piece sounds like me and my son.
Won't say any more, it's incriminating.
It's intense and humorous at the same time.

The image you've chosen probably says more about this pointless arguement than I'm getting from it. It's important to note that the dialog begins in the middle somewhere and never really leads to a conclusion. It's like a Twilight Zone moment.

Cute conversation between animals that happens all the time between humans. One suggestion. Remove "Christ" since it can be offense used in a humor piece. Change it to another exclamatory word.

Funny, and so so true. Good work and I loved the photo. Wish you well in the contest I gave up on Contests years ago. Getting reading to pull the plug on this joint yet again after I get everything all fixed up.
