Hi, Patty. I enjoyed reading your poem about dogs chasing things.
Squirrels are so fast! I doubt whether many get caught by marauding dogs.
The fun (for the dogs) is all in the chase.
The terror (for the squirrels) is all in the chase.
Yes, I can picture it:
Leashes held tight
Knuckles so white
