What a beautiful granddaughter! I'm sorry your daughter was moved, sounds like she is in the military. I hope you get to have her in your life more than twice a year. They grow up so damn fast! This is the most precious time, I don't know I'm not a grandmother --just subbed a lot and worked in daycares. Now a teacher but too sick to work -- blah! She is so cute. I really miss the children.

Hi there; with airfare so expensive, I do only see Hailey in June and December. But, we do skype and talk on the phone.

Yes, Heather, my daughter, proudly serves in the Air Force, along with her hubby. We do what we can,

I never know just what to write about such short poems, Patty - and yet we are requested to use 150 characters (which I find irritating - it's as if we are at school and there's rules!!)
Yes, she is a beautiful little treasuere, and it is hard not to be able to hug and kiss her. But thank goodness for Skype- children grow up far too quickly.

What a beautiful child, and an equally beautiful name Hailey Rose. I think all mothers (aunts, cousins, grandparent s) think their child is the most beautiful child in the world, and sometimes, as in this case, they are absolutely right.
