This conspiracy theory leaves me no wiser than when I started, as I've never heard of Steve Bannon. Interesting use of rhymed couplets for your poem. I'm not sure that there is such a word as rebeller. Shill, on the other hand, is one that I shall add to my vocabulary.

Thanks, Tony. yes, "rebeller" is a real word. i wasn't sure, myself, and found it in a few dictionaries. It's an old word, (not archaic).
i used it because it's an easy word, meaning exactly what one would expect (and it has three syllables). You are welcome to "shill."

On a very serious note, Steve Bannon is a dangerous character, not only to the US, espousing a truly frightening agenda. Most of Trump's most perilous ideas, including encouraging non-nuclear Asian nations to develop nuclear capabilities so that they can defend themselves, were fed to him by his puppeteer, Bannon - the leading proponent of the Alt-Right movement, who also is anti-gay, anti-Semitic, racist, and pro-violence among the races.
