I liked this free verse poem as an entry in this colour blue poetry contest. The work seems to be biographical, as the subject progressed to eighty from twenty. Some excellent repetition, which gives it a lyrical feel, a great approach, articulate with strategic rhyme.nostalgia seemingly the base of it. Well done, good entry. Good luck, blessings, Roy

I really love this poem. Not only does it include the color , but it is a very sentimental story about the life of a woman, and someone who loved her. The beads were witness to a life well lived. Thank you, and good luck in the contest.
