This is a very beautiful poem you have penned about praising the One who totally deserves it. You used very good descriptive wording and great imagery. Blessings, Teri

The glowing hands picture is the perfect accent to your words. I especially admired your "ashes" metaphor and rhymed couplets in this spiritual poem. Smiles- Joan

I praise Our Lord when happy or sad. Praying gives me direction and makes me feel calm. I praise you for your work writing about Our Lord and reminding people of how great having faith in The Lord is. Like prayer your poems give me comfort.

Patricia,
This is a nice testament to your faith. But it applies to all who will listen & adhere to the advice. God does know what is best. Good job on the rhymes & smooth flow. Thanks for sharing. I really like the art, too. Jan

I know you must be right psychologically Patricia, but emotionally sometimes I don't know who to praise because I see no one there. It's an awful reality for me. Very well written. xoxo deborah (Kiwi)

This is really nice, Patricia. I feel so blessed to know that he is there for me (and for us all if we want him to be). Best lines for me:
"He'll lift you with His loving hand
letting you know what He's planned
always, He wants to give to you"

What a beautiful thing to remember that God makes all things new! I especially liked the phrase, "He takes the ashes of my life" to evoke those times that we felt that "the locusts ate" and God can renew us and restore. Thanks also for the right response to praise Him!
