I Like this one. I can relate to silent prayer. I heard you were asking about me - thank you for caring. I am still doing pretty well. Just got new scan results that were very encouraging

This haiku, Hands Entwined, marks a moment and creates a scene that moves our thoughts to the silent and powerful moment we have the privilege to experience whenever the need or feeling arises. Nice.

This short piece had me visualize his hands entwined below his moonlit face. I loved that line. The picture also blends in well with this. If I can visualize the scene, then that's a plus. God bless.

Love the imagery, dear. Superb word economy. Superb tone and tenor and theme. No nits in the writing but I do wonder about your artwork choice, as the poem says moonlit but the art looks like bright streaming SUN.

Nice phonetics with alliteration of H, assonance of I and cosnoancne of W, L, S and soft C.

Lovely.

Serene.

Love,
rd

Hi Rama, thank you so much. I'm happy you liked my haiku and the feeling I wanted to emit. Your so right about the artwork. I edited the hauku and never thought the picture wouldn't support it anymore. I have now changed the artwork. Thanks a lot for bringing it to my attention. Love. Ulla:)))

You have written a lovely haiku here Ulla. I found the prayer one is quite difficult and was interested to see what other people would write. The Satori is quite effective in this one, Giddy :):)

Hi Giddy, thank you so much.I found it a rather difficult one myself. I'm not religious so even more difficult, but I suppose we all pray for something in our own way and that gave me the inspiration. Thanks a lot again. A hug. Ulla:)))

I am sure you have grown tired of hearing me say this but I know nothing about Haiku. That said, I found this beautifully written and gave me a sense of peace. I enjoyed this one very much.

Thanks for sharing another of your fine poems. Sitting with hands entwined at night in silent pray. A good time to sort things out and enjoy some peace and quiet. Great job. :-)
