bless you, you thought too hard. Every time a pirate took one, the captain got two - be got twice as much as they did, but they did get some. After all, he's the captain! Har!

I really think young readers will like this story poem about a villainous pirate. He plans his heist carefully, but his motives are all self-serving. Nice even rhythm and well-chosen rhymes. Also good description of him in stanza 4.
