I like poems that are like stories and that's what you've done. I completely agree that many boys are way too immature for their actual ages. Not everyone always gets the ending though and they continue on their "Peter Pan" path. I think it's cool how you made them face their consequences in this poem. Nicely done.

Wouldn't it be wonderful IF the young men who live like Peter Pan were to one day have to face the consequences for their actions? All too often, the consequences they eventually face are much worse than simply losing their jobs - and that is the real tragedy.
