This is very interesting. I had to laugh at half of it and wonder about the other half LOL. Overall, however, it was well written and nit free, and I liked it.

I love this description of the unicorn and particularly the beast's moment of self-knowledge in the lines:
"I am a rainbow beauty,
And a glittery mess."
What a delightful poem!

I enjoyed your unicorn poem. The image looks a bit sad to me. Maybe this unicorn is misunderstood. Your lines read well with great descriptions. [I did read a few reviews. Some didn't like the word 'mess'] Have you ever used RhymeZone.com? It is a great resource. Best wishes in the contest. Jan

A very well-written poem describing the thoughts of the magical unicorn. He stamps his front feet on the ground like any normal animal will do. But the unicorn is special and have a horn on his head.

This unicorn has plenty of attitude and some to spare. It is more like the ancient unicorn which was supposed to be the most deadly creature in the forest, unless you were a young maiden. Great job. Good luck in the contest.

I oddly agree with this assumption of how a unicorn would describe itself. Shame, that a loving creature of childhood is seen as a pre-Madonna. I definitely had a chuckle from this piece - Cheers!
