Adorable doggies. Sounds like luxurious living for a kennel. Our kennels have some large rooms, but no suites. Now that we're down to one dog, we'd not leave her alone. If we did travel, she'd come with us.

Hi Phyllis; I always feel so guilty leaving the boys for any amount of time, so this time we sprung for the luxury suite. They watch TV all the time at home, so I knew they would love having the TV and Howie loves fresh and cold water, so the water fountain was a big selling point.

I don't blame you for not wanting to leave your baby alone; its probably pretty traumatic for her to be the 'only dog' now

A love story. Though the dogs may not know it as such, it's still love. The mistress knows what love is, for sure, giving and receiving.

Hey there Patty, I really missed these Howie and bernie stories but i enjoyed all the other stories as well. This story is so adorable. It's a good thing that when ever you leave town,you don't have to worry about the dogs because they are so well taken care of.

I love the way you describe everything they do. It really makes the story come alive and I can picture or imagine every movement they make.

I love this so much. The white dog reminds me of my dog. His name is Ruffles, and he is sooooo spoiled, but you can't help but love your companions. Dogs truly are a man's best friend. Great job!

They are awfully cute dogs, Patty. I'm glad that you have a place that you feel comfortable leaving them at when you have to go on trips. That's one reason we decided not to have a pet for a while. Fun read. Like that they know that word, "treat!"
