Hahahaha, It's just so funny, Bill. It made me laugh out loud. I've often said you do have a way with words. The poem just works so well and I love your sense of humour. All the best. Ulla:))

This might be construed as a nightmare verse. As bad things go, things could not be much worse. As one who likes the ladies, liking either one of these, would turn out to be a curse.

Hahaha! Excellent and funny poem with a demanding rhyme scheme flows well and is entertaining to read. I don't see anything that needs to be corrected. Great job!

Hi, Bill, I thought I'd stop by:)
This is an interesting comment on the transgendered. The likelihood of two siblings both being transgendered is questionable. I do know, however, one family in which it seems all members--the same-sex couple parents and their three kids--seem to be members of the LGBT community. Thee is now a further category of "questioning," however (LGBTQ), so maybe on the family I know, and these siblings, any speculation is indeed "unfounded":) They are simply "questioning."
I like the complex rhyme scheme here.
I think a picture would add interest to the poem:)
Thanks for sharing this.

Bill, this is where your talent shines. You string your words together so effortlessly, pun one word against another. Your poetic characters seem to float right off the lines (hell, I don't know)! they are so buoyant (good save, but still doesn't make a lot of sense). What I'm trying to say, is bizarre though you pen them, and though their humor is of the nonsensical variety, still the reader instills them with reality in his imagination--he is that willing to suspend disbelief, because he loves your characters so. Well, pal, that's kinda what I mean. But you sure have locked in your particular brand of humor.
Thanks for sharing it, Bill. Wish I had a six for you!

Thank you, Jay. I got involved in resurrecting this novella, but it is full of twists and no one is really following it. These 'people poems' pop right out and are silly and short enough to get a wider viewing. I appreciate your positive and thorough comments. Bill

No, it's deeper than that. Your humor has an edge to it (usually found in people who have seen their share of pain, they can't completely suppress, though they choose to show their humorous side). Samuel Clemens had a similar humor, fed by a similar pain. Will Rodgers was another.
Anyway, it's that "something" that bites at the edges of your poem. I hope you don't
stray too far from them.

Hahahaha ...the last line makes me laugh in politically incorrect tones...
Reminds me of my friend's mother who was asked on a jury form if she ever held a position as keeper of a public ferry...Her ex was gay...She laughed all day...The Democrats will have my head for this...
