Hola Guapa, como estas? Aqui estamos trabajando mucho cortando las malas hierbas. Con tanta lluvia que hemos tenido crecen como locos. Pero hay que hacerlo para que los frutales no moriran.
Well, enough about me. This is absolutely fascinating. What a fantastic co-production between the three of you. As you know I've been to Japan a lot and so thrilled to learn so much through you about the Japanese poetry. I'm so taken and this is just so beautifully written by the three of you. A resounding six to all of you. I'm late into this, I don't seem to be able to catch up after the cherry season. Lo siento. I'm now going back to read the poem again. Un abrazo de tu amiga que esta en lagrimas, porque el poema es tan bonito y tan triste. Ulla :)xx

Gracias guapa :) farming is not easy but the fruit of your labor pays off in the long run. I get it though...
Thank you very much, we are very grateful for the six stars and the exceptional review. Thank you my friend,

MariVal, this renga is most definitely a labor of love, and it shows.
At least, I think so. By the looks of the number of reviews it has received coupled with the exceptional ratings, I'd say many here are in agreement with that observation.
Of course, I missed the promotion. But that's only because I wanted to wait until my sixes were replenished so I could award this the six stars it so richly deserves.
Wonderfully well done.

This sounds like an interesting project for three poets who have sublimated their individual styles so that the "joins" are imperceptible. the result is a crather beautiful, wistful and whimsical piece.
Thank you for the detailes notes. They make it all the more interesting.

This is very well written as a collaborative creation. It evokes the imagination as well as the senses as her pain is felt. I found no nits or anything that needs improvement.

Beautiful picture. I'm loving this, great imagery, seems like you are all on the same page, so to speak. The story/poem flows well with great rhythm and alliteration which doesn't feel forced. Beautiful. MaggieF

Wow.....I somehow knew that this had to be Japanese. With an image of a girl wearing a kimono while holding a sword. Truly mesmerizing! The oriental music in the background helps the reader visualize the poem as they are reading it. This is splendid and work that calls for emulation. Absolutely brilliant! I am gob smacked!

This does resonate with a very Japanese feeling, this Rengu. What an exciting project. Loved you wonderful imagery. Lots of alliteration. Great use of metaphoir and simile.

Comment from Gloria ....
This is lovely, Gypsy. There is something about bare branches that always thrills me. Perhaps the passage into winter.
The skeletal trees moan for an aching heart.
Excellent presentation and a lovely collaboration among the three of you. Not an easy thing to accomplish so seamlessly.

Alright this is pretty cool. I loved the tone to it as well. It was dark but I don't know. It had something to it that pulled you in. Maybe it was because it was about a storm and I love storms. Anyways, I loved it
