I finished reading your first book, as you well know. I loved it so much that I decided to read book number two from your posts here on fanstory. I want to follow along in the proper order of events.

I didn't come across any spag issues in this chapter. Though, I did find a few minor spag issues in your book. Nothing major, so don't worry.

Yes, I think there were two spag issues in the published book. One was a to when it should have been too. Not major at all. I see far worse in some of the bestsellers I read who should have no spag considering all the money their editors are paid.

This is a fun story. I did find James' reaction to Veronica's tale understated. Although I can see that he is a loving, supportive husband, I think the natural reaction from anyone told something like that, would be deep concern that their loved one is developing schizophrenia or some other serious personality disorder.

James saw a lot in the first book which now explains why he is ready to believe Veronica. And, of course, she had Mildred's back-up. Thank you for reading this part as well, I really appreciate it. :) Sandra xx

I can't wait to find out the situation behind the time travel this time.

Going into the future? That's different. I'm trying to get my head around her going forward instead of backward.

I just realized I misunderstood and she didn't go to the future.

Time travel has yet to be proven and has just the basic for its reality. This is very well written with a smooth flow of words, making for a very interesting read. There is very good imagery.

How exciting to be in two different places and worlds, I can't imagine what that must be like except that this happens in my dreams all the time and I wake up really believing I have been somewhere else. Perhaps we do really go somewhere else in our dreams? No one can explain dreaming can they? You had me on the edge of my seat and I enjoyed your writing style too, love Dolly x

LOL! Mine would have had me locked up for my own safety. I think I'll add more to this part when it comes to the final editing. I've been told to slow down in my writing by another good friend because she thinks I could add so much more to a scene. I am going to take that advice!

Thank you so very much for the six stars my dear friend, it gives me a buzz to know you enjoy my story. As for you being late with this review, you are never late! I know how busy you are, and what you've been through, so just the fact you come and read my story is so very appreciated.

Sarah and Steve had a lovely weekend, they needed it and it's put a smile back on Sarah's face, which is lovely to see. Ian is doing okay, still has his ups and downs, but generally, he's staying positive. He's a different man when he's with his grandchildren, they adore him and he would give them the world if it was possible.

-I really like the image.
-Very good chapter that brings
in James and allows him to understand
the whole situation, Sandra.
-The talk that Ver. and he had was
very emotional; I am sure Ver.
was worried how he would take everything.
-But with his background as a doctor, I think he
would understand more, but the emotional level
that involves his wife and children is a very different level.
-The really good thing about it all is that Mildred and he
now have each other to rely on and help each other and
Ann through difficult times, which, apparently, are going
to happen sooner than later.

if someone told you that story? (Time travel, murders, ghosts) Lol
But I'm sure some sort of proof, like Mildred had,

There was no mistaking how much my remarks had eased James's mind. "All I can say, is I hope you're right," he said as he circled my waist with his hand. "The thought of you being all alone in a time where I can't help you makes my stomach churn, especially when Ann might be involved as well."

In an effort to defuse the alarm I could see written all over James's face, I pretended to be more concerned about dinner. It must be ready by now. "I'm hungry, and I'm sure you both are, too."

My feeling of optimism turned into one of despair because suddenly, I was lying on the bare cold floor of what had been my cosy sitting room sometime in the future.... '
I love your way of writing. This was a great write and much enjoyed by me,well done this is really an absorbing and fascinating story kind regards Meia x
