Dip, This is a very nice romantic poem about the stars. When I was a little girl I would look at the stars and make wishes on them. Did they come true? Maybe, maybe not, but I was really little! Great job. Blessings, Teri

Your poem not only paints a picture of the night sky, but of the heart. What woman would not fall for this poem when she is described as the brightest star in a man's universe. This is a perfect poem of love.

You wanna know what I think of when I look up at a starry sky at night?
I think of how small and insignificant I truly am in the grand scheme of the universe.
My problems seem smaller than they once seemed, and insignificant as well.
I do sometimes gaze up and wonder if my ex just happens to be looking up at the same stars, at the same time as I am. And if she is, what she's thinking of.
Other than that, I just enjoy their beauty.
Great poem, my friend. Very touching.

You bet, dip.
I am an avid stargazer who has two very powerful telescopes. More often than not you'll find me outside during the spring, summer, and autumn months gazing up at the sky.
It's very humbling, and therapeutic as well.
