How lucky for you that this is TRUE! Nice picture too--is that HER? Wow!

This is a bit cliche, but touching, nonetheless.

True to form format.

I do recommend not using a cap on line two, since there is enjambment between the first two lines:

I knew it was her
from the moment I saw her

This is grammatically awkward:

We forever one

SUGGEST:

We're forever one
