It sounds as if the eyes have it! They certainly get my vote.
Drowning in these pools of desire, one is forced to hang on by the lips, the finger tips clearly being otherwise involved.

This so aptly describes the passionate love that young lovers experience. Lots of 'l' sounds appear (lovers, pools, languid, lips) which involves the tongue and ends with the "crush" of lips. Well done.

I loved the choice of wording here; the period right in the middle made for perfect, effortless reading, and created an excellent place for a pause for the reader to catch my breath!
