Thanks for your review and comments for my vine haiku, Bob. The FS haiku club announces a new topic every week, and the committee selects what haiku will be included in the anthology that will be pipublished this summer. That's the reason why I've written a haiku a week.

of the Hummingbirds/flowered cup
and solid grammatical connection in the present tense

A lovely Haiku, and I am glad that you added the picture as I wouldn't have known the flower if you hadn't.
'Nectar bar' is a great expression, and makes me think we should get those hummingbirds some barstools!!

Hummingbirds are amazing birds. Not only that they can hover in the air, I believe they can also fly backwards. I wonder how a nectar bar tastes...
