Boy, that was not usually a problem for me. I always thought less of myself, definitely below others. That changed with my wonderful counselor, who taught me who I am in Christ. Very nice poem. Flows well with nice abab rhyme.

Hi Patricia. A good message here. Most of the people I know think of themselves as less, not more. They need the camaraderie of their friends to confirm their worth. Being there for each other is important. I think God helps us through the feedback we get from our friends. Marilyn

This is a lovely post. Yet, not necessarily one I can relate to. I have spent the majority of my life thinking I was worthless. I do not think of myself as above anyone else, but at least my opinion of who I am has improved. Very nice work with this one and with an excellent message too.

Thanks for the nice review, Sasha. I am glad you are finally feeling about yourself. I had a low self esteem, until I really understood how valuable I am as a child of God. Now my confidence soars. But, I never think of myself as better or worse than others. For years my mother told me to look at myself as others see me. I do not know how to tell how others see me.
