As a communist at heart, I commend you.
As a John Lennon fan, I applaud you.
As a spiritual person who cannot take religion, I admire you.
As a pragmatist, your piece makes me :)
I did get bogged down in the ending paragraphs. They didn't flow like the rest of the post.

I haven't read your work before. I wanted to stop by and support some of the book writers who have supported me.
It was good to come across something different...almost philosophy.
Strong sentiments here, as well much research.
Strong write.
Have a good day, author.

Many thanks. ..John

I'm at a loss for words at the moment. Maybe some will come to me later. I also keep thinking I'll catch the reason for the article right after the next sentence, but then I don't. It's well written; I can say that for sure. GoodHearted Woman

A LOT of salient points here. I could copypaste ten of them if I could see well enough. Very Well done. And yes, the format works very well. :)

Comment from Sandra Stoner-Mitchell
I've always found your words to be deep and very interesting. This one is no exception, you make a lot of sense and the nearer I am getting to the end of my physical life, the more I'm wondering is there another future. I believe in the spiritual side, I'm so sure that this can't be the whole of my existence, otherwise, what was it's purpose? Some are born to die within moments, some after a century, why them? You have come up with many thoughts that I share with you, and I would love that utopia to come about, but there are too many who don't want it for it to succeed. I really look forward to reading more on this engrossing subject. Sandra xx

Your character lives in la la land. It is a very good characterization of liberalism but a very weak characterization of conservatism. I would recommend that your counter point character put up a better argument, that would draw the interest of more readers. It was very well written though and keep up the good work.

To the point needed. And yes the format is all that made me read to the end. You chose right. Beautiful piece of work. Every thought is a masterpiece. These are my favourite 'I do not need government if I am responsible in tending to my own needs and the needs of my family and neighbors. Above all, to tend to the needs of our mother -- Earth, for she is the one that creates and sustains us all. Utopians all adhere to this philosophy." The Communist Manifesto defines the elimination of the State, not the elimination of freedom. loss of their adherents. The reason Fascists fear this song is because it has the potential of unifying the masses. The reason Capitalists fear it is because Utopia doesn't use money." Religion is only a societal control system." debates need to be based on facts, not beliefs I can only encourage others to think."
Have a nice day

To use the rules of fiction to describe your tenets fail, I'm afraid, John.
Basic to the rules of fiction, is tension, and you have no tension between the characters of Adam and Eve. My God! Adam and Eve ... absent insipient tension!
Whatever the reason, it is lacking. Eve's function is merely to ask the questions to which Adam already has the answers that support his tenets. He regurgitates them, Eve looks foolish in her naivete, and so Adam's doctrine is ineffectively perpetuated.
I think you know from our previous discussions, I'm saying all this while agreeing with much of your premise.
I am, responding to your Author Notes. You ask me to let you know if this manner of communication appeals to me; you didn't say to let you know if it doesn't have its appeal, but I'm guessing you want to know that, as well, ha-ha.
John, why don't you use the insipient tension that must have existed between the characters of Adam and Eve to provide the tension to keep the reader engaged. Even the great Socrates, in his dialogues, allowed himself to be characterized as the fool while, over the process of his "method," it was the TRUTH woven through his method of reasoning that amply contrasted his wisdom from his originally thought foolishness.
Adam is too brilliant. Eve, as silly as her last words, "I like."

The format definitely appeals to me. My problem would be how to debug. I'm so into my programmed self that I'm made purely of it. Can the bug debug itsel?
